Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Senior Engineer Consultants with extensive experience across various engineering disciplines in the oil and gas industry. These professionals will be called upon as needed to provide expert advice, design solutions, debottlenecking and support clients in tackling complex engineering and operation challenges. They will work remotely but should be flexible to travel to client sites or offices based on project requirements. Consultants are expected to communicate their availability with adequate notice and provide technical expertise remotely or on-site when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Consulting Services: Provide on-demand engineering and operation consultancy services across various disciplines (e.g., Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural, etc.) for oil and gas projects.
- Engineering Solutions: Offer expert advice on engineering designs, technical evaluations, and operational solutions to address client needs and improve performance.
- Project Support: Assist clients with project planning, design optimization, troubleshooting, and risk management to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Remote and On-site Presence: Provide remote support through online consultations, analysis, and document review, with the possibility of traveling to client sites or offices as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Availability Notice:Ensure clear and timely communication regarding your availability for new assignments and project requirements.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and client specifications.
Knowledge Sharing:Share best practices, technical insights, and innovative solutions with clients to enhance project outcomes and engineering development.
Required Qualifications
We are seeking Senior Engineer Consultants with the following credentials and capabilities to provide expert engineering support for oil and gas projects worldwide.
Education
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Petroleum).
Experience
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on senior engineering roles in your specific discipline.
Industry Expertise
In-depth knowledge of oil and gas operations and processes, including upstream, downstream, exploration, production, and facilities management.
Consulting Experience
Proven experience as a consultant providing engineering expertise on-demand for clients in oil and gas projects.
Flexibility & Availability
Ability to work remotely and adjust to client needs with appropriate notice; willingness to travel to client sites or offices if required.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in relevant industry software and tools.
Safety and Compliance
Knowledge of industry safety standards, regulatory requirements, and international codes (OSHA, API, ISO, etc.).
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
